The Ever-Active Early Years

Dr. Carlos Suescun, originally from Tampa FL, attended the University of South Florida for his undergraduate studies. Very active in college, he participated in various sports and outdoor activities, including cross country running, track, soccer, tennis, beach volleyball, scuba diving, and weightlifting. He also had the opportunity to backpack across Europe during his summers in college.

Celtic Adventure in Ireland

It was while reading a book called “Learning to Play God: The Coming of Age of a Young Doctor” by Dr. Robert Marion that the idea of attending medical school in Europe inspired his next step. Discovering The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dr. Suescun applied and was accepted. He then spent the next 5 years in Dublin pursuing his medical education. However, even the sunniest of personalities can get worn down by the Irish weather and in June 2003, and seeking warmer climates and blue skies, he moved to Phoenix where he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Maricopa Medical Center.

Birth of Elite Testosterone Replacement

In 2006, Dr. Suescun began working as a hospitalist at Honor Health Osborn Hospital. Motivated by his personal interest in hormone replacement therapy and the proven transformative effects of hormones on the body and mind, he once again embraced his heart’s inspiration and in 2011, Elite Testosterone Replacement in Scottsdale, Arizona was launched!

7. Achieving impressive running times in races such as the 15K in 1:01:08 (6:34 minute per mile pace) and half marathon in 1:27:20 (6:40 minute per mile pace)

8. Finishing a Half Ironman triathlon in 5:01:30

9. Traveling extensively, exploring Michelin-rated restaurants and savoring their exquisite cuisine

10.Scuba diving, mountaineering, rock climbing, hiking, camping, and white water rafting.
